Bever IBS
1. Information
The Bever IBS (Integrated Biological System) is a medium sized wastewater treatment system for decentralized applications. This system has been developed specially for industrial applications and pretreatment. The capacity ranges from 200 to 5,000 p.e.* All process elements are built into one silo tank which contains several lightweight, reinforced, polyester tanks, a sludge thickener and a settling tank.
The Bever IBS is desigend for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment upto 5000 Polution Equivalent. The Bever IBS (Integrated Biological wastewater treatment System) is a perfect solution because of its high efficiency and the production of high quality process water. The biological treatment process of the Bever IBS contributes to todays requirements for a safe and healthy environment. The reactors works with a continuous treatment process with activated sludge and is capable to handle fluctuating workloads.
System
- No additional pretreatment with chemicals is recommended or necessary
- Very compact system using less than 50% of space for similar, fully biological WWTP’s
- Available with rooftop covered tanks to prevent smell and for controlled performance under all circumstances
- All process equipment is prefabricated resulting in short construction and installation time
- Designed to allow after treatment of sludge (drying, biogas) and effluent polishing
- High quality effluent is used as processwater
Process technology
- Automatic thickening and discharge of sludge
- Specially designed frequency controlled surface aerators which are set automatically at variable intervals depending on the BOD/COD load
- State-of-the-art communication technology, enabling remote control setting and adjusting of process parameters (sludge, aeration and flow)
- Easy adjustment for seasonal variations
